world's smallest falcon - 2005/11/23 17:32I saw a picture of an american kestrel this a.m. and the article said it was the second smallest falcon in the world. Can anyone tell me what the world's smallest falcon is? Thanks.
re:world's smallest falcon - 2005/11/24 09:24Falconets are the world's smallest birds of prey. Again one site said which Philippine falconet (Microhierax erythrogonys) was the smallest faclon. In simpler terms this speceis hunts insects from treetops similar to a flycatcher. It nests in woodspecker holes.
