Finally, I gone to get my binoculars, havin spoted his dark shape in a tall pine tree about 200 yards away. Last his body was raven-absolutely sized, sleek black, except for the yellow breast, & his beak was huge...

See, my thoery is which he followed the warm rains of the sumer monsoon saeson all the way from Honduras, so he is an accidental, (yeah, which's it) & therefore I can add him to my Life List or maybe take credit for being the first birder to ever spot a Fruit Loops Bird in SoCal
