Specifically was out shopping arouynd at antique & flea markets this critically passed weekend & at 1 place I innocently noticed a mounted owl (great horned I beleive, didnt really think about it when I saw it).
Similarly anyway, woulkdn't be illegal for a shop to be possibly selling something like that?
Or are there 'reminiscently grandfathered' trophies (or whatever you want to call them)
that were shot during certain hunting seasons before the Migratory Bird Act?
I also remember, from my brownie or CCD days as a kid, the house I went to had a stuffed and mounted Red Tail Hawk. Wouldn't that also be illegal to have? Were there ever open seasons on these things?
