"She" landed? 
Anyway I once had an experience like that. We were in a school just before the U.S. invaded Iraq and we had to pick up our gas-masks there. Serious stuff, no doubt. And then, right above the place we signed the forms and got our box there was this pair of sparrows doing about the same thing as these little guys in your photos above. Everybody was looking up (they made noise). I must say it was a welcomed humorous break to all that seriousness
