How do I Contact the Administrator? - 2009/01/25 21:39 Dear Tropical Birds Forum,

I'm a newbie and have two questions that perhaps some of the members would know how to rectify.

1. While submitting a photo, I accidently made a spelling error, I can't see any place on the site where I can change the errors following a photo upload.

2. Is there an Administrator? I have added Tropical Bird Forum's link to my home page OK but when I try to add my URL, I get the error message: Error! We were not able to find our link on the address you supplied. Please verify the address

It is obvious by just looking at my URL: http://members.shaw.ca/mswiecki/, that all of my reciprocal linking partners are in alphabetical order on the left hand side of the home page (scroll down to see Tropical Bird Forum's Link.) Can anyone tell me why this would occur and how to fix it or contact the Web Master?

Thanks, Mark

How do I Contact the Administrator? - 2009/01/26 17:20 Mark hi Welcome to the forum

I am sorry you are experiencing such difficulties. When I follow the link you gave above I get:

PAGE NOT FOUND

The web page you are trying to access doesn't exist on members.shaw.ca

We have a system set up to interlinking which should appear here:

http://www.tropicalbirdsforum.com/link-to-us.html

however it is experiencing some difficulties right now of which I am informing softwareman -

soon as it will be fixed I think it is best you go to that url and submit your request for interlinking

It is, unfortunately, not possible to delete or edit photos submitted but I -moderator- can do so for you. If you tell me which photo it is I can delete it for you and you can upload it again with the correct title

How do I Contact the Administrator? - 2009/01/26 18:51 Thanks Aloha,

The photo is of an Eclectus Parrot.

I'll try the URL submission again later. Hmm, I don't seem to have any trouble w. my URL and other linking parners, so I'll assume it is on your end. I'll give it a go in a month.

Arigato, Mark

I don't know about your other linking partners but I believe that they also have a set forum-software set up
