How do I get rid of it/(them?) without hurting our birds?

I contacted the city of Livermore and will Clark pest control.

Clark came out and even found several places they can get in our house.

Livermore Parks Dept. is calling out our Alameda Pest Control.

So for now no food or water at night.....

They can't help it they're "pests". They should be getting rid of 'humanely' (some poison that won't let them suffer).
