Dental Hygene - 2009/05/11 06:56The water where I'm living is quite drinkable actually I am sure they also put chlorine and fluoride in it (I mean: they must, no?) but it doesn't taste 'like a swimming pool' like in the Netherlands (at least in Rotterdam).

Really, sinks, tubs and commodes turn brownish when there are lots of minerals in the water. If it is hard, there are white calcium deposits. ---------

Dental Hygene - 2009/05/14 09:20Oh wow, then the Israeli water most certainly is very hard having a terrible job removing that stuff all the time (not to speak about the electric water kettle). But I don't think it has minerals in it because no brownish color is detected by me...
