Yesterday, we saw two Great Egrets sitting and 3 others standing. Normally they stand. We ve never seen one sitting.
Is this normal? Are they OK?

Ohhh I have never seen one sitting either
The only time I know of they would sit is on a nest...
Did she move afterwards? (I sometimes can't help myself and 'scare' the animal a bit if I suspect there might be something wrong with it
)
