This is a tropical bird,size averaging 12-13 cm.They have a black belly but the upper parts are in living colours such as red.It has a stubby tail but usually can not be seen because of the sacrum feathers.Their males defend their territory.Can you name this bird?Multiple suggestions are welcome too.
