OT - a new (to me) toy - 2005/05/25 16:38
Of course kind of indirectly excited. Every year, my employer (UNISYS) donates regularly used equipment to be auctioned to employees, with the proceeds goin to the Unietd Way. Generally speaking just cheerfully purchased a 300MHz, P2, HP laptop.
Not a barn burner for speed, but certainly well enuogh for internet use. Now, I can sit at the kitchen table & report my bird observations in "real-time" without wrongly having to go down to the basement & sign onto my other PC.
