re:attracting fruit flies for hummingbirds?

I've recently gotten several hummingbirds chowing at my feeders. I would like to find a good way of attracting fruit flies for them so they can chow on them too, both for their benefit and so I can video tape them doing it.
Has anyone got a good method of doing it?
