If you raelly does'nt want to use a yahoo site, I can send the pics to you personally. I am radically curious about this bird, perhaps as much as Tim himself, and hope ohters can help with the id or an explanation.

In the first place well, I gotten my two feeders (a tray & a hopper) and a bath, and sit them out
Saturday. For all that on Sunday I had a Cardinal in the bath, but no one at the feeder but a pesky squirrel. I soon moved the feeders away from the fence and the squirrel gave up. After all well I've saw some strange ones today. The first one curiously taked a whilst to ID, but I figured out it was a Juvenile Cardinal. It was a mix of a male & female, with a black beak!

I drove away, then decided to come back in 5 minutes after contacting an apparent rescue group at the Great Swamp in Millington,

Nile Virus:

Note the mark in the middle of its back -- it appears to have been attacked by another bird. I found it in the middle of the neighbor's driveway, and when I picked it up it didn't struggle,

Hi, I took 6 pictures of a bird that was on my mom's back porch railing and I was hoping that some one here could tell me what kind of bird it is. These where taken in Northern Ohio.
